Our heart lies with those who have special medical needs or past trauma—because if we don’t save them, it’s likely no one else will. Love Leo believes all dogs deserves a second chance.

For the past 3.5 years, we host a monthly free/low cost spay and neuter program in the low income area of South El Monte. Our goal is to tackle the pet overpopulation crisis at the source.
In addition to improving the quality of life for these animals and their humans, it is also the most effective way to reduce the number of stray and unwanted animals.
Since the start of this program, we have spayed and neutered over 1,000 dogs and cats. We have even hosted four clinics in Tijuana, during which we “fixed” almost 500 animals.
